We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Process

Please include your order number and photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Note: Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@petsidee.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed in most cases.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
